For those who are unable to join us on December 22, worry no more! We have yet another reception planned out on December 31st in Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu – Benzun’s hometown. Nagercoil is a small city in Tamil Nadu. It is very close to kanyakumari which is the southern most point in India.

Nagercoil is a small city but accessible from various parts of India and abroad. Most trains have nagercoil as their southern most stop. Flights: For those of you who would like to fly in and out, please note that the nearest airport is Trivandrum International Airport (TVM). It is approximately 2 hours away from Nagercoil by car. Trains : The nearest railway station is Nagercoil Junction (NCJ). Please refer to irctc for reservations and more information. Buses : Inter-city bus services are available to reach Nagercoil. Please check out TNSTC (state run bus service) and Redbus

You will have a rustic south Indian experience in Nagercoil amidst beautiful landscape and paddy fields. There are many southern tourist treats such as Susindram temple, Tiruparapu falls close to Nagercoil. Drive half an hour south and you will reach Kanyakumari, a tourist hot spot where Arabian sea, Bay of Bengal and Indian Ocean meet. In other words, home to a few stunning beaches!
